Good work. The style is expressed.
But the lenses were cheap, I do think...
To dig in details, shadows and darkness steal a significant part of impression of this beautiful building.
Bent walls at left-upper are not good, even if your aim was heavy eight-pillar portal in front.
Moscow University is great in sun rays or contrast light.

Even now, thanks a lot for your sense of those great times when Stalin ruled.
I live in Moscow and see this nice building every week.
And I think Stalin's Empire was a step forward for all the mankind.

I DON'T LIKE STALIN EITHER. HE PERSECUTED THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES AND SENT THEM TO SIBERIA. BUT HIS BUILDINGS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Yes, the style of art (mainly architecture) in USSR in late 1940s - early 1950s is definetely AMASING! The Main Bilding (Glavnoe Zdanie) of the MSU (1949-1953) is wonderfully pomp inside too (I'm studying in the MSU). I'm glad that the architecture in Moscow in the last 5 years have a great influence of the stalinist architecture (subway: Park of the Victory, Sretensky Boulevard, Trubnaya etc; Buildings: The Fundamental Libary, the building of the Historical faculty, where I'm studying etc). Interesting, today is 55 years since Stalin have died...
