I really like this piece. It gives a fishbowl feeling you don't see a lot. I also love the use of colors in this. Muted, but not too much, while at the same time you've got the nice use of the bright shock of yellow on the street. To be truthful I like the piece all around, with the only exception being the smoke/clouds mixed with the lightening. (Which I'm assuming that is) I think the waviness of the smoke around the lightening feels too unreal combined with the fishbowl feeling. It feels you decided to do that to the smoke after the fact. I understand what you were going for, but at the same time it feels forced as does the waviness of the lightening.
Aside from that I like the originality of the piece and the vision of the scene in motion makes my mind try and finish it for me.
